Our Shipping Policy
We usually use Australia Post Regular Parcel Post, but may use acourier service in certain circumstances.
The Shipping Fee is calculated during Checkout and is based on Australia Post rates.
All goods are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne. Depending onthe destination address, delivery is between 1 and 8 business days.
We only ship to addresses located in Australia.
Our Returns Policy
Our Returns Policy is equally simple:
- In the unlikely case of your receiving a faulty product, please
- If the product is not defective, but you have changed your mind, youcan return the item to us within 14 days of purchase and we will issueyou with a credit to the value of the goods purchased, not any shippingcosts. The goods must be unused, in a new condition, with the packagingintact. The credit will be issued on receipt of the returned goods.
