new frequent flyer

Hi,

My daughter has just been to the states and back flying qantas and american airlines. Didnt want to pay the $80 ff fee with qantas so i joined www.aa.com but they dont seem to recognise the points, maybe cause I put them in after she left - 29/05/06.

Suggestions?

Cheers,

Paul.

Re: new frequent flyer

If the points haven't credited, then contact AA ; you can then send them copies of the boarding passes and tickets and they will sort it out

Re: new frequent flyer

Presumably the ticket was in a QF fare class that does earn points under the AA FF program.

Certainly, the AA sectors should have shown up within a week (at latest)...

Why? The AA scheme is a more generous scheme than the QF scheme and the poster may be much better off crediting to AA than to QF
