What would be the most cost effective Spanish speaking country to visit on KF points? BCN seems simple but far. SQ J savers don't exist to BCN.

What I really want is a *A destination within easy reach of BNE to give one of my kids a crash course of Spanish language immersion.

The kids fly Y, the J saver is for dad!

That's what I would have suggested, other than the fact it's not Spanish, and there's some nice, "cultural" places to visit there too, you just have to try really hard to avoid the casinos.

Mexico? Use a * alliance award to LAX on NZ via AKL (good luck in getting one!) or get down to SYD and pick up a flight to LAX on UA, and from there it's not far to Mexico at all.
