Good website that covers all EUR LCC's?

    Hi Folks,

Is there a good (or otherwise!) flights website that covers all of the EUR LCC's? Apart from the fact it makes it easier to compare prices, I'm not sure I even know all the LCC's to search.

I'm looking at going from London to Grenoble, then from there back to either Bristol or Plymouth. I don't even know if I can!

    Thanks!

    -huwcar

an operating model often used by the real LCCs is to not sell their product through third parties and hence not have to pay commissions. So many LCCs only sell directly from their own web sites. As such, I don't believe you will find a single site that compares and sells flights on all LCCs in Europe.

Try this one huwcar...your routes are mentioned, though I haven't looked in any detail.

Thanks tuapeka* - that's exactly the site with the info I need for routes.

Thanks NM, I will get the info for the routes, then check out the individual airline's sales.

BestFlights have a range of LCCs on their website.

Here is the link to Skyscanner.

europebyair.com is a very good site that has a large number of LCC and "unaligned" (ie - not Star, ow, Skyteam etc) carriers that have linked together for a very good airpass product. (99 per flight, free changes etc)
If nothing else, their route map throws out some interesting city pair possibilities & connection possibilities. They also list single fares by the carriers as well as the airpass product.

They also have a "red tag" clearance centre for intercontinental flights into Europe. They sell unused seats on both mainline (eg CO) and little known (eurofly, icelandair) at relatively short notice. At the moment, book by 15APR for travel 6APR-25MAY and you can have Houston-London starting from USD85 each way (plus taxes), LA-London from USD92 each way plus tax, New York-Berlin from USD69 each way plus tax. Just have to check the carrier being used, number of connections there are on the routing and make your own mind up if it's worth it or not !

They've been around for quite some years now and I know people who have used them a few times without any sort of major problems. They also have a au version of their www, so mucho easy to use.

I have used this site as well and find it covers (most, if not all) LCCs worldwide

Be very careful with Skyscanner or EuropebyAir when searching for airfares.

I requested specific dates for ATH-SKG and Skyscanner returned an airfare of ~$342 for the return flghts on Aegean Airlines and EuropebyAir returned an airfare of ~$198 for the return flights on Aegean Airlines. I assume these are both in USD.

If checking Aegean airlines website the airfare comes down to €73 for the return flights....

I agree. Once I have found out which airlines fly the route I'm interested in, I then go to the airlines' own website, and do the bokings from there.
