Mine also gone, still I have got away with other "bonuses" in the past, as I'm sure have others, which I wouldn't crow about on here.

    Thanks Serfty for the calculations.

I am in California not using the Kris flyer even though I am a Westpac shareholder.

6 per cent is really a crap deal so I thought our FF members should know.

Paid cash for the Chocolate Coated Strawberries last night.

I just got my card and the sup card from a branch today. I found it weird that I could collect the sup card without Westpac needing a record of the supp cardholder's signature on file. This is my first time applying a supp card for my family. I also realised that the card numbers on the sup card are the same as the principal card.. Are they meant to be the same? I used to apply supp card while i worked overseas and the supp card numbers were totally differently from the principal card's!

Not too sure if the payee will be suspicious when we charge on our cards separation but technically the same card numbers for our monthly deductions.

Supplementary cards with Westpac will have the same card number and expiry date.

so i just logged into krisflyer and noticed some points have come across from westpac, but only 640 points came across (and not a 10k points bonus), did anyone else find the 10k is credited later on?

The 10K first appeared as a separate amount on my Westpac Credit card end of month statement. The 10K bonus then appears as a separate post on the Krisflyer transactions.

Also, I've just returned from using the associated A|Club membership that is associated with the plat card. The nice people at Sofitel Sydney were very happy to arrange for me an early check-in and then a late checkout, a room upgrade, a comp. bottle of wine in the room on arrival plus two drinks at the bar while staying. With the occasional hotel stays that I do have during the year I'd now probably lean towards the Accor group as they actually do seem to have delivered with some benefits for the associated card holding.
