You can
a) Call the rewards centre
or
b)For Australian Dometic Flights,
- log onto Westpac Altitude Rewards
- click on Redeem Points tab
- click on Travel and Accommodation
- follow the instructions from Book domestic flights ONLINE – using your Reward Points
