Mabye UA is ticked because I am milking thier FF program for all its worth (pretty much only racking up miles on NZ flights), but how long does it take them to send me my card!? My Premier making flight was on 21 Jul. and I was "officially" premier on 24 Jul. But I have a trans-pacific flight coming up next week and still no card!! What is the fun in flying as a FF if you dont have your bloody card to show for it?
Anyways I did give them my NZ adress and idk what the hold up is, but we are pushing a month now... Does anyone have any concoleing advice that mabye there is hope I will get it before the 26th?
Cheers!

They are very slow. Even when I had my mailing address in the states it still took them a long time. But as mentioned, your status will be in the system.Originally Posted by NYCguy

In theory, if your UA number is included with your booking, then NZ should be able to see your *A status. Having said that, I am a cynical soul, so in the past when I have gone up a level in the pecking order, I have called whatever *A carrier I have onward bookings with to make sure my new status was represented in their databases.Originally Posted by AllBlacks19
If it wasn't, it was easily fixed by removing my UA number from the booking, then adding it again. I'd recommend that you do make sure that all databases are up to date, because you should be milking your Premier status for all it's worth, across the whole alliance.
