Living vicariously through such TR's at the moment .... got two NZ trips coming up.. (one is a little more interesting.. SYD-CHC-HKK vv) then following the fine example of you (and many others here) by doing my first TRIP next Feb..

SYD-SIN(to try the 380)-BKK-HKG-NRT-ICN-YVR-PDX-PHX-LAX-AKL-SYD.

Mix of C, Y and Y+ (with UG applied for)... should be fun!

P.S. Speaking of fun... when looking for info on Hokitika, I bet I wasn't the first to assume the airport code was HKT.. THAT leads to surprising results!
