Virgin Blue cuts fuel surcharge by 20 per cent | Herald Sun
LOW-cost carrier Virgin Blue has cut the fuel surcharge on its airfares, following a decline in the oil price. The airline will lower the surcharge by 20 per cent on Virgin Blue domestic, Pacific Blue trans-Tasman and Pacific Island flights from today. The fuel surcharge for a one-way domestic flight will fall to $19 and to $35 for Pacific Blue and Polynesian Blue one way international flights.
Good to see the fuel surcharges reduced.
I noticed the Go fares SYD-BNE on the latest sale were down to $69 one way.
