Tiger Airlines starts taking complaints seriously

Tiger Airways has embarked on a campaign to repair its damaged reputation after alienating many of its customers with high "ancillary" charges and poor customer service in its first 18 months of operating in Australia.

Hotel: A|Club: Gold, PC Plat, Hyatt GP: Plat, HH: Silver, SPG: Gold

Good to know, would be nice if Qantas followed their lead!

All I can say is that they have a bit of work ahead of them.

I read the article and its encouraging to hear that they've started to re-book (even on other carriers) and providing vouchers.

Whilst their cheap fares are attractive, previously you purchased them with the risk that you may be left in the lurch if something happened.
