Now it needs transfer of at least 10000 points (rather than 500 points) to QFF in order to get travel insurance. Not sure if other things are changed.

How do you find electronic docs (such as Credit Card Terms and Conditions and the insurance brochure above). I have never been able to find them and on querying Citibank they just offer to send one in the mail (5-10 days later).

I just go to Citibank Gold Credit Card webpage, and underneath the feature description about free overseas travel insurance it has a link to T and C. I just copy and paste the link.

I wonder here whether people have made successful claims on Citibank International Travel Insurance?
