If the points haven't credited, then contact AA ; you can then send them copies of the boarding passes and tickets and they will sort it out

Hi,
My daughter has just been to the states and back flying qantas and american airlines. Didnt want to pay the $80 ff fee with qantas so i joined www.aa.com but they dont seem to recognise the points, maybe cause I put them in after she left - 29/05/06.
Suggestions?
Cheers,
Paul.

Presumably the ticket was in a QF fare class that does earn points under the AA FF program.
Certainly, the AA sectors should have shown up within a week (at latest)...
FF Programs: QFF Gold (OW Sapphire) QC Life, LTSilver & 61.05% to LTG, AAdv (50.4% to LTG), NW. Hotel: PC Gold, Hyatt GP Gold, HHonors Gold, SPG, Marriott Rewards, PriorityGUEST. Car Rental: Avis Pref, Hertz No 1 Cards: Amex Plat, Visa Plat.
Flown 620 sectors totalling 848530 miles since March 03, 1988 (ba97.com)
yep, as others have suggested ... AA flights usually come up within a couple of days to a week. i am in the states now and flying internally with AA and my flights have come up within 2 working days.
keep your boarding passes!
Sign her up with a USA address or pay the dollars
Why? The AA scheme is a more generous scheme than the QF scheme and the poster may be much better off crediting to AA than to QFOriginally Posted by ksthommo
