Yup, known bug. I've previously wondered where on earth one would be sitting to upgrade to Y ... the wings maybe?

From mine it is on each leg..but you have to book individual legs,,,rather than on the total journey.

Upgrade cost is more than normal though for the international flights I think.

I received the email several hours ago and tried to upgrade my O class ticket SYD-HKG return next month, but kept getting a message that it was not possible to do due to the conditions of the O class ticket.

Seat counter is showing a mostly empty business cabin on my flight dates.

Tried again ten minutes ago and the requests went through. I'll know on the day whether I get a pointy end seat.
