Out of curiousity, do NB members with QP membership still carry their NB card around or does the QP card perform all the functions you need (eg. QuickCheck at domestic)? Thanks.
I just carry my Qantas Club Card.
It does everthing.
Whereas a NB Card would not gain any of the QC benefits.
Also note that if you have printed off your Boarding Pass in advance that you can just use that by itself too as it will show your QC Membership.

Hi noahb, I was until recently QP NB for many years, and TBH, I can't recall the last time I saw my NB card (I would have stopped carrying it upon joining the QP). The QP card is good for checkin kiosk, for swiping at merchants where you can earn points etc. - I believe it would not be necessary to carry an NB card.Originally Posted by noahb

Just QP card... and even then it is only needed internationally, boarding pass suffices at domestic QPs...
NB card is sitting in my "rarely used, wallet to small" pile at home...
Nor did my old NB one... I think they have very touchy readers that don't like slightly "loved" cards. A Qantas Club card superceeds a Bronze Qantas FF card.
If you are silver Qantas Club, then you need both cards for your oneWorld Ruby status (for airlines in oneWorld) and also your Qantas Club card for access to Qantas and partner Lounges.
Either way, just store it away. You never know when you might need it.
