Qantas Club Price Rise

Not sure if this has been noted before but I just got of the phone with qantas club and they advised that the fees will be going up as from 1 October 2007. Would not say how much the increase was.

All I can say is HOORAY, I wish they'd put it up more often, might encourage the CUB's not to renew their membership and make the club less like grand central station and more like the quiet sanctuary it once was.

Re: Qantas Club Price Rise

I don't believe there has been a price increase for over 3 years. Anyone know when the last increase was?

Re: Qantas Club Price Rise

I purchased a life membership some years ago as i was doing a lot of domestic Y and thought it was good value being under 30 (then not now) and taking a chance QF and the lounge will still be around some years yet, so far its paid for itsself for sure. (But i also get it with status now as well but i never thought i would)
