    Platinum? More like dirty gold!

I have just (very proudly) received my first QF WP card, but to my dissapointment, the colour is more like a darker shade of gold, you could hardly tell it apart from my SG card. Have they changed the colour recently? From what I have seen of other peoples I thought the cards were more of a gun metal grey?

As you can see, I have a lot to worry about in my life!!

My most recent card is a dark brownish colour with a fine metallic fleck. I received this in September last year.

In reality, the colour of the card is not important, what matter's with the card specifically is:
    1. the expiry date and,
    2. the little elongated Green oval towards the bottom Right hand.
Other than that, simply ensure the QFF number that's on it is correctly placed into your bookings and off you go ...

Does anyone know what QF does if you do a whole bunch of flights in a short space of time that propel you up 2 levels - eg Bronze to Gold or Silver to Platinum. Will they mail out 2 cards or just the one upper once the dust settles!

On my first DONE4 I went from silver to Gold in 2 weeks. Got back from the trip and had two unopened letters waiting.

Everyone loved the bag tags they got that Christmas!

They used to be gun metal grey - a fairly awful colour. Don't worry about the colour - just enjoy the status

I like the colour of the QF Platinum card. To me it does not look the QF Gold card but maybe my eyes are not as good as yours....
