Frequent Flyer Online Survey

Welcome to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program online survey.

Qantas has commissioned The Leading Edge*, an independent market research company, to conduct a study into the needs and opinions of Qantas Frequent Flyer members.

We want to continuously improve how we service and support you through this program and the aim of the study is to improve our understanding of what you think about the Qantas Frequent Flyer program and any program enhancements that are currently under development.

The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete and you can complete the survey in multiple sittings.

Please be assured that your individual answers to the survey will remain strictly confidential.

The Leading Edge will analyse the results and will report only aggregated results to Qantas.

Doing the survey now. It is very heavy on Credit cards and the new program.

That alone really upset me!

What a rip off. On a 1-1 Credit card you have to spend Half a million dollars! For 1 seat. They are dreaming!

OK, I removed the link as there was a possibility of a unique identifer.

I have captured it as an image, and found a sneewky 2nd image aswell.

Well those are about the numbers I expect to see from QF Anytime awards - ridiculous "value". Did anyone expect any different?

What rubbish - I would have thought they would have been the usual double points or something.

The Co Pay options look rather pathetic as well - I mean 128k + $2030 to fly in Y to London - I dont think so!

What loons are running this program..... so glad I can choose where to put my Amex points.... certainly wont be Qantas..
