What does this mean EXPIRED STATUS CREDITS I thought Q FF points didn't expire?.

FF points don't but SC's do.

On the aniversary of your membership your SC total resets to zero and you must start the process again of requalifying for status. The 'expired' SC's do continue to count toward your lifetime silver and gold totals so not all bad.

Pedantic I know, but points
will expire, but only after three years inactivity on the account.
I wonder whether there will be any move to shorten the inactivity period, as has occurred on Aanother Aairline (and probably other US carriers)?
