If it is similar to last years' promotion, it is an expedited offer (3 stays at IC's) to gain ambassador status. Only of benefit if you stay at IC's - it's not a system wide benefit.

The one below, think i should try even thought the 4000 every second stay is active or will once cancell the other ? then again 10k points is better than 4 every second stay.

The 4000 for every second stay is a general (ie non-targetted) promotion that runs independently of the Stay x, get Y points. You can enrol in both.
