Is this where we post about rapidly fading curtains and confused milk producing animals?
I read a very serious letter to the editor in the newspaper on friday blaming daylight saving for the drought. It's that extra hour of sunlight each day that does it

No, but it is where i whinge about not sleeping on Sat night as i had a 6am Sun morning flight and was wondering if my clocks didnt automatically change then would i be an hour earlier or later than the actual time. The thought process was pointless as it turned out as i was up and Facebooking (is that the term? Or is it Facebooki?) when the clock rolled from 1:59 to 3:00!

Nah that was in the other thread.
Interesting that on the Telstra phone network it has Sydney as GMT +10 which gives the wrong time. Some glitch in their software? I have to manually change the time to AEDST....

You need updates installed so the computer etc knows DST started 4 weeks early. if you can't update, change your time zone to Hobart, they have always started at the beginning of October.

My Telstra phone automatically adjusted to DLST. The first time I changed time zones (MEL-PER) and turned it on it asked me if I wanted the time automatically adjusted. The joys of technology. Still haven't worked out how to SMS on it though.
