Jetstar Starclass

With only a month until Jetstar International takes off, I am surprised that there hasn't been more information released about Starclass.

The only picture I have seen of the seat was in an email about 2 weeks ago - and it didn't show much.

Has anyone seen any more info/pictures about the cabin?

I believe the StarClass seats will be the same as the current Millennium seats, just covered with leather instead of fabric (easier to clean) and with the addition of in-seat power.

So if you look at the current QF A330-200 business class cabin you will have a very good idea what the JQ StarClass cabin will look like.

Since none of the A330-200 aircraft have yet been fitted with the leather Millennium seats, the only way for a photo would be for a cabin mock-up to be built and that is not the style of a LCC.

And as posted on FT by our Wunala Dreaming (aka QF NB), here is a view of the outside of the StarClass cabin.

Re: Jetstar Starclass

Is the actual name of the airline, Jetstar or Jetstar.com ? i seem to remember some airline in the 80's carrying product advertising, who was that? I think it would suit the Jetstar too.

Wouldn't they have finished at least one plane by now?

The seats (from what I have seen) do appear to have more recline than the standard Millenium seats. In fact, they appear to be a bit different generally.
See attached (though it isn't really giving much away!)

Re: Jetstar Starclass

There was a display of both Starless and Starry class seats in Melbourne Central last week. Perhaps it's still there... Alas, I recall only thinking that the latter would be much comfier than the former. I don't think they looked like any Qantas business seat I've walked past on the way to the back.

I would not put much emphasis on that photo as being the actual seats they will be using.
