Flight class availability

Carlson Wagonlit Travel ITN tool was very good but no longer functions. Are there any other tools that provide similar functionality to CWT accessing OneWorld class availability statistics that do not require a monthly/yearly subscription?

ExpertFlyer and KVS are alternatives but both require subscription.

For someone flying regularly, it is well worth the investment.

I agree, money well spent. Penny wise, pound foolish as dear old grandpa would say.

Hi John,

There is a free alternative - check flyertalk and you should find it (if not, feel free to PM me).

Re: Flight class availability

I got the premium expertflyer for A$12ish a month. Just for the convenience of checking availability prior to calling my TA to book. A combination of that and and the ITA website are great tools for trip planning for me. Mind you my routes are not that complex

Re: Flight class availability

I guess the complexity in my travel is the changeability of it. One minute I am off to Tokyo for 5 days then the plans change and its Tokyo 2 days and HKG 3 days. That's why I need tools to help me...

My trips are booked at least 2 months in advance. I have already purchased a ticket to return to SE Asia in April and when I return from this trip, early January, I will be purchasing the next ticket for travel to SE Asia in July or December.

Maybe 3 trips a year to SE Asia is regular travel but I don't think I can justify spending >$100/year for 6-12 queries on class availability. I can almost achieve the same results by calling QF bookings.
