Must say I was taken a bit back with not being able to book a domestic flight BOS-HOU with an Aus credit card on aa.com
This is a separate flight to my RTW, as its a quick trip for Wrestlemania mid-semester
Rather, you have to put the reservation on hold and telephone the AA office in Sydney to book (I presume they will process there). That is unless you are from Canada, UK or Sth America.
Anyone had similar experiences, or know why this is the case? You would think QF FF's are a significant proportion of their international customers![]()

Apologies forum for the 'duplicate' thread. Did a couple of searches and nothing came up. oh technology![]()
Very frustrating trying to book anything with AA. But this issue is not limited to AA. Trying to book with an Australian credit card on places like Orbitz and Travelocity is also impossible. One day the US may stop considering Austraalians as second class citizens....
