48 hours - that's planning ahead. Last week I booked KUL-SIN-BNE-SIN-KUL about 5 hours before the KUL-SIN departure.

Hmmm, late inbound QF107, Departed SYD 2¼ hours late and LAX 53 minutes late, but scheduled into JFK 70 minutes behind schedule.
