Clean, but typically bland rooms, no restaurant for evening meals, only breakfast is served in dining area - quite Ok. Close to Southbank amenities bars and restaurants however, so eating is not a problem. A reasonably priced hotel most commonly used by business travellers.

Yes, stayed there a year or so ago. Its very convenient as its at Southbank across from the very nice Langham Hotel. Basic room which is comfortable and reasonably well appointed with little kitchenette - very tiny bathroom though. Lots of tour groups use this hotel so the buffet breakfast feels a bit cafeteria like and lots of early morning room move outs which makes the halls a bit noisy. I dont believe there is any parking at the hotel - you have to park at the Langham which is exxy. The brand new Hilton at South Wharf which is nearby (see map on wotif) has a special starting today for stays until the end of August for $280 for TWO nights inc breakfast which is a great deal. Bookings online. Otherwise hotel prices in Melbourne are really diving at the moment - just shop around online at wotif and also dont forget to check the hotel websites direct for some specials which are hiding there!
