Is there any way to keep a systematic documentation of credit holders???

Hi!

I want to know that is there any way to keep a systematic documentation of credit holders of the company? As being a senior financer I would like to do it. If anyone knows it please tell me.

How hard is it to keep a folder with all your doco?

I was not sure whether the question was in relation to credit card holders or people owning the debt of the company...

Like simongr I have no idea of the real meaning of your question and I question the relevance of it on this forum.
