HSBC Premier?

Has anyone had any experience with HSBC Premier (http://www.hsbcpremier.com)? Does it get you credit cards in the US that you can use to build up a credit history and then use it to get other US credit cards (like, say, the UA Mileage Plus Visa, or an AAdvantage card)?

Does anyone know what the fees are for this, too? I can't find anything on their site.

Re: HSBC Premier?

The website claims that you'll have your cheque-book (what the hell is that?) and your cards within 10 days, including the same credit-limit that you have at home.

Not sure about this card, but if you're interested in getting US credit History see her e- http://www.frequentflyer.com.au/comm...ans-11544.html
