Best credit card for shopping voucher

Currently, have a westpac cc together with the companion amex.
mostly, using the amex and getting 2 points per $.

westpac increasing the # of points required for $100 shopping voucher from
feb 2008....
current 15,000 -> 16,700

trying to see others' experience/feedback on the best cc for shopping
voucher??

Push your points into Virgin Velocity, and redeem 100,000 virgin points for a $1000 voucher.

Amex from time to time have promos where they reduce the number of points needed for vouchers or better still for cashback, I think last time they did it it was around 11,500 points for $100 cash or $100 voucher, pretty good especially if you have a Rewards Maximiser and get 1.5 points per $ spent.
