bmi Diamond, Krisflyer or UA for *A flights ?

I recently joined bmi Diamond Club and they kindly matched my QF and AA status, giving me Gold membership. I also have UA and Krisflyer membership, both with negligible miles or status.

I now have a new dilemma. I will have very little future UK travel, possibly quite a lot of SE Asia travel, some to Dubai and Europe, some to Canada. SE Asia travel will mostly be in Business Class. So which loyalty program do I use when making reservations: bmi Diamond, Krisflyer or UA. I hear bmi Diamond has better redemption levels than most - should I just use my bmi Diamond club # for all my *A travel? I'd appreciate your opinions.
