Help with Flight Planning LHR-MLE

Okay I am planning a flight from LHR-MLE and would like some advice.

Having not travelled on EK or QR before I am not sure

Been years since I have been on SQ so open to suggestions here

I will be travelling in paid J

Option 1:
SQ LHR-SIN A380
SQ SIN-MLE 772 (old interiors)

Option 2:
EK LHR-DXB A380
EK DXB-MLE 777-300 (new interiors now)

Option 3:
QR LHR-DOH 777-300ER
QR DOH-MLE A330-300

Which *A programs do you belong to? Flying SQ has the benefit of counting towards your EQM and/or PPS.

For RDM, EK and QR can be credited to United Mileage Plus. QR can also go to BMI i think.

What is the cost difference flying SQ vs others? It's an extra ~3000 miles via SIN.
