CBA Visa Gold $114 annual fee and $15 additional card holder

I have just received my CBA Visa Gold statement and have been charged $114 annual fee and $15 additional card holder (am not happy about this as I don't think I remember this, only recall the annual fee). I am going to get rid of my Visa Gold before they take out the next lot of annual fee - it is too late to cancel the card now.

I suggest you contact the Bank and close the account off. They should have no problems refunding the fee unless they talk you out of closing the account off. The annual fees are collected in advance.
