For anyone with multiple citibank cards this is a real hoot. You can call up and ask to 'reallocate' available credit limits from one card to another. I was able to move 5000 CL from my 18% interest gold card to the lower-interest 10.49% Clear Visa which means I can now consolidate all my citi-debt onto the lower interest card. This is a better rate than most car loans or personal loans even.
Great for losers like me who can't play the balance transfer game because Citibank are the only provider who will approve me for cards
