Citibank, fee for balance transfer
Just rang Citibank for the 4th time to f/u on previously faxed balance transfer request forms which they claim not received, finally able to give details over the phone and actually received a 9 month 0 % rate as a "special", BUT they had a fee for processing the balance transfer of $10.00. The hit was I wanted to transfer a higher figure than they said was the limit and that they would have to do two transfers (one today and one tomorrow) with you guessed, another $10 fee, anybody had the same experience
