changes to credit card insurance policy t&c

interstingly...the 2nd change mentions :

"Exclusions: goods being left UNATTENDED in a car in view of anyone looking into the car...."

NO other travel policy that I am aware of covers this..not even my $severalhundred/year policys!!!
