The questions the experts are going to ask you are, How many people are travelling? What class of travel? Are your plans flexible? Do you have any FF status? If so with OW or *A? What is your prefered carrier and does it matter? etc......
i have qff points. guess whichever airlines will not matter if i have to purchase tickets. there will be 3 of us travelling. like to stop in vancouver for 7 days, toronto 4 days, new york 14 days, san francisco 3 days and finally singapore 10 days. hope this info is sufficient. ta
This question probably should live in another part of this board (and I am NOT one of the experts to which straitman alludes), but nevertheless:
Really, your decision. As straitman said, depends on current status, whether you are trying to maintain or increase your status, and what class you want to fly in, and any number of other factors.
Traditionally, buying a Y fare (with real dollars) and upgrading to J (or maybe J to F) has been the best use of points, but is not necessarily the case now, since May 25 changes (upgrades not confirmed till checkin).
Check out Circle Pacific fare rules at oneworld.com. I think your itinerary is doable on that fare, though with a couple of convoluted connections (eg. YVR - YYZ can take 13 hrs via SEA and DFW).
If you have sufficient points to purchase the trip, and are able to snag the award seats then J should be a better value spend than Y (an assumption by me, I haven't done the detailed research), but of course you will be up for taxes.
If you pay for the trip with real dollars then you could possibly avoid some of the taxes by booking through AA, who do not add fuel surcharges onto the price. If you have no current status, you could also consider taking the AA Platinum challenge to fast-track you to AA Platinum status (but only on a paid fare).
There may well be a zillion other (better) options, and I'm sure others will advise what they are.

Does the order to visit the destinations matter?
Using the order you have written them and only one world flights comes to just over 26k flown miles (assumes you can take QF SYD-YVR as a single flight number). Can probably tweak it a bit to fit under 26k miles for a 26,000 mile Circle Pacific fare.
The other main candidate for paid ticket is a round the world. Assuming one world, then either global explorer or a 4 continent xONE4 (this is a bit of a waste as only visiting SIN in asia and only transiting through europe but gives you the opportunity to add a lot more destinations at little extra cost).
The *A Circle Pacific pass is not an option as not allowed to include New York on that fare - this is a shame as the cities you want to visit have the most direct connections on *A. Of course you could buy a side-trip eg from SEA to New York return which shouldnt be expensive.
*A RTW could be done for as less than 26,000 miles so fits all RTW products including the cheapest economy one. Alternatively, could add some more destinations (the basic business and first class RTW allows 29,000 miles).

As a QF FF award, look to use the OneWorld Award which includes up to 5 stopovers in the points calculation. The difficult requirement will be the use of two non-QF OneWorld airlines. So that means you may need to travel one-way via the North Pacific and include CX in the mix, hence making an itinerary including QF, AA and CX.
If purchasing the fare, the less restricted fares such as H and B are generally zone-based for the furtherest destination and include either unlimited or a reasonable number of stops in the USA so long as you remain within the MPM (Maximum Permitted Mileage) for the fare rules. For economy class travel, that may give some more/different options to the Circle Pacific fare, and being booked in H or K rather than L may also help with availability and changes.
