AirAsia X, the champion of low-cost long-haul fares, has proved it is at the forefront of the Australian aviation industry after becoming the first airline in the Asia Pacific to accept payments via PayPal.

Between now and 30 June 08, book a flight on AirAsia X between Perth or the Gold Coast and Kuala Lumpur and pay using PayPal and you will receive $50 cash back in your PayPal account. Limited to the first 4,000 ex-Australia bookings. Get in quick!

Flights and fares are subject to availability. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights. Fares include airport taxes, surcharges and fees. Travel period 1 Jul 08 - 25 Sep 08. All fares are one-way on the web and are in Australian dollars unless stated. Air Asia will credit your PayPal account two weeks after the end of the promotion.

Conditions apply.

One big disadvantage though by using Paypal is you lose your free Travel insurance that you get by charging travel to your Gold Card.
Thats probably worth $300 per trip, depending on length, which is usually 5 weeks average for myself.
Cheers
