Isnt the Federal election over.
DJ using the Ruddite mantra of me too....QF more than a million ...DJ one in a Million....were the marketing team out to Xmas lunch and couldnt come up with anything more original in a hurry

I was going to say the reverse. The email from VB came in hours before the QF email. It's probably a bit difficult to say who was first because emails seem to go out in batches and could be delayed at any point along the super-highway before they reach your inbox.

LOL... I got the QF email the day before I got the Virgin one....

anyways manged to book Sydney-Mackay with virgin for $99 each way so not complaining

Followed the link and didn't get any info on the 12 hour sale
Also tried the link on the Virgin Site, no luck there either

Yes, that's really good, but I've already bought all my travel requirements for the rest of the year (as I suspect many people have in previous sales).

So I wonder how much DJ et Jetstar will really get out of this (OK, there's a window available for later in the year).
