    SYD-PHE - $31, one way. QF!!!

    Hi All,
    Go to QF website.
Seach Sydney to Port Hedland (via Perth)
January on these dates; 13,14,15, 20,21,22,23,24,27,28,29,30,31.

    $31-$45, ONE WAY!

Question is, can you book these fare? YES you can.

l grabbed one in the off chance that l might be in Sydney the week before and need to get back to Perth. Now, since l only want to get to PER, can l just check in as normal and during the 4 hour transit, just leave, with my luggage too?

I've paid for it, can confirmed with my 6 PRN. Got the e-ticket too. Can QF charge me the difference, once they realise they made a mistake?

    NICE.

Nice find, but nothing on the return

    I know.

But, if l'm flying from SYD to PER, it's a pretty cheap fare. QF stuff up somewhere along the line.

I also had a look on the avaliable flights and got myself on the A330.

Excellent find. SYD-PER for $31 - can't beat that. Shame there is no way to get back cheaply otherwise I'd be very tempted for a SC run.

Thanks. I've booked a ticket, too. Anyone know if they'll let me stop at Perth rather than going up to Port Headland?

Such a shame there's nothing from MEL .. from SYD, you could book two one-ways SYD-PER-PHE and PER-SYD for a nice weekend away in PER for $260. Not bad!!

No reason they wouldn't, they're two different flights after all ... they may not want to short check any bags though.

I guess you could always get off in Perth and then buy a separate ticket back to Sydney. Whether you would still get the points for the Sydney to Perth trip I don't know.

In the event this is a mistake (guessing it would be), wouldn't QF be pulling the rug under it and refunding / not proceeding with the sale?

Probably, if more than a handful of us try to take advantage. Hence, I am going to wait a few days to see before booking my flight home.
