My image of something being "Mickey Mouse" and my image of JetStar are not aligned .

Dajop is quite right. I have heard the term "mickey mouse" for many years used when referring to a dodgy or questionable person or organisation.

I don't quite remember too much about the actual Micky Mouse cartoon but wasn't he/it a clumsy type of character?
