I wonder how they decided who got what offer ($25, $50 or $100)?

For you folks out there who didn't get a voucher, don't get too hung up about it. It probably went to your junk mail folder which you so conveniently deleted (as people often do).
Half of what i get from Jetstar ends up in my junk mail folder. Hence my habit of checking it before i push the "delete all" button.

Nope - From experience I know to check my junk folder before deleting it - more useful things than a Jetstar voucher have gone there in the past,
