Hi, Just a warning for all those travellers intending to get cheap car hire. I used Priority Car Rental back in February 2007 and the charge was duplicated on my credit card. I can't begin to tell you how much hassle I have had with this mob ever since trying to get my money back. It's like trying to draw blood out of a stone. It's been 2 months and I'm still waiting. They don't return calls and when I do finally speak to someone they say the refund has been processed but it never comes through. So watch out, be careful and avoid doing business with someone like this. More hassle than it's worth. Worst customer service I've ever come across. If you want any more info about this company, feel free to ask. Would hate for anyone else to go through this. I've spent heaps of money in international calls trying to resolve this and have got nowhere!
