I received a similar card.
But even with the bonus it is lousy rate to burn points at.
I will keep my points for flights.

post card, targeted people only:
in short,
36000 points $250 + 15% bonus
69000 points $500 + 20% bonus
130000 points $1000 + 33%
but has to be first 2000 redemptions and before 15 feb 09
there are reward code for those bonus
but do people think this is worth it for our points?
to me, my only use of points will be credit to qantas or krisflyer, since i need fly back to china (shanghai or nanjing) on economy class.
however for qantas, i need about 75000 points for return + tax and kris, i need 55000 points for return + tax.
but is there anyway i can find out how much are the tax? is phone call the only way to find out?
thank. can pm for reward code if anyone interested.

I received it as well, and it went straight to the recycling bin.
I have not received the offer but I would still use my points for flights. In my opinion any offer valuing the points at <1¢ per point is not worth it....
Like some others here I may have received the offer. I received an offer but as I believe these offers represent poor value it went straight in the bin.![]()
cheers,
Bill.

Ah, so you were not targeted for the "high value" offer, being:
36000 points $500 + 30% bonus
69000 points $1000 + 40% bonus
130000 points $2000 + 66% bonus
or the "Mega Value" offer, being:
36000 points $750 + 45% bonus
69000 points $1500 + 60% bonus
130000 points $3000 + 100% bonus
That is a shame.
