50% bonus for transfers to Velocity before 30 Nov

Not sure if it's been posted, but for those who redeem their Amex points for shopping vouchers, it's a good deal.

13500 Amex points will get you a $100 Coles voucher.
15000 Velocity points will also get you a $100 Coles voucher.

So you simply need to transfer 10K points across, that's like 25% off.

Cheers Kyle - personally I value 13500 MR points alot more than $100. (more like $300-$450)

What are you redeeming on to get $300-$450 worth from 13500 MR? Upgrades or churning through to some US programs?

Basically for Upgrades; since becoming WP I am "batting 1000" on international upgrade success.

Generally international WHY -> J Upgrades are the most cost effective use of QFF points.

As a contrast, standard SYD/MEL is via red e-deal for $127, 8K QFF points + ~$40 or 13½K QFF points. Anyway, that values 8K points at $87.

(ATM, you can do SYD/MEL for 6.5K QFF points +++ - so thats slightly better)
