Yep - it's very nice.
As an aside, the domestic WLG QP is quite nice as well. Even better, has a larger range of food and drink options than Int.![]()

Just thought I'd add my comments on the International Qantas Club in Wellington, NZ.
I'm not sure if this lounge is brand new, but it certainly appeared to be brand spanking new to me, or at least freshly renovated/refurbished within the last year.
For the size of the airport in Wellington and number of QF flights, I thought the QP there is really good. It has excellent views of the apron and runway with large windows with an unrestricted view of about 3 gates if you like to see what goes on when they load/unload aircraft. It also allows plenty of sunlight in to keep your mood up during the afternoon.
The lounge chairs there are brilliant and comfy and all the latest fatures like WiFi and power plugs are great for business travellers are available.
I supose the only real reason for sharing this, is because I was honestly expecting a fairly shoddy QP in Wellington given the size of the airport and that they really only have 2 or 3 qantas gates (no offence to any WEL'ers reading this :P), but was most pleasantly surprised to see what the QP had to offer there.
Thumbs up to the WEL QP!

On the day I was there, the int one had not opened yet (I was 3 hours early, so thats not the int QP's fault) so I sat in the domestic loung for an hour before int opened.
The domestic lounge I found to be perfectly fine, but it didn't strike me as being really quite as polished ....or not quite as comfy/warm or inviiting like the int one did. You mentioned the food. The int and dom both had the same lamb and mint party pies :P hehehe. yum!
Though you do raise a good point, both the dom and int lounges there are both very good.
I was in WLG in November and I spent time in the domestic lounge waiting for the international lounge to open.
The domestic lounge was spacious with a wide range of food and drinks. I also like the idea of bottled soft drink rather than the pre-mix machine. Went across to the international lounge and I was one of the first few people in there. Good lounge and I was able to get something to eat and drink watching the cricket at the same time. Soon enough the lounge was overcrowded, the MEL and SYD flights are within 1/2 hour of each other, and no room to sit on the lounge chairs only on the high chairs around the bar area.
And it's got Mutua Valley pinot.![]()
The Int QP at WLG isn't brand new. It's been like this for at least 3 years. Probably due to its usage or there lackof, and of course, general good upkeep by the staff, the lounge is still in excellent condition.
The Dom version has had some work done last year (or the year before), but it hasn't really changed that much either.
