Yes, I am aware of that change, and will re-evaluate how this compares with other foreign currency cash withdrawals. There always was a conversion fee/commission charged, its just that it will be increasing to 2.5% which is pretty high. I am not sure what the old rate was, but suspect it was between 1.5% and 2%. Perhaps I can go back through my old statements and work it out
