We use this over on Flyrtalk, on the off chance that members are going to be in the same QC or flight. Insert the date first, visiting time and QC, and then departing flight (in case others are on it and you can meet on board)
So, I'll get the ball rollling:
27 April between 7.45 and 8.45am in the BNE QC (on QF589 to PER)
02 May between 5.15 and 6.00pm in the PER QP (on QF810 to ADL)
03 May between 5.15 and 5.40pm in the ADL QP (on QF656 to BNE) #
# if I look like missing this, I'll be re-booking on the 6.55pm departure ADL/SYD
