Travel Insurance - 'recommended' vaccinations

Hi, any experience or informed knowledge out there re the following? The fine print that I have read so far is not really specific.

If travelling to somewhere like Egypt, where certain vaccinations are recommended by some parties, but are not mandatory, is the insurance company likely to be 'difficult' if in fact you contract one of the diseases/conditions in the 'vaccination recommended' list?

Thanks
