Since the new seat allocation system went on line I have seen massive improvements in my seating allocation. As a WP I have in the last 6 flight segments received 4A 2 out of 2 on a 737/800 and exit rows 34A 3 out of 3 on a 767 and 1 for 1 in bulk head 25A behind business so I cannot complain about the new system. Also I never pre-requested once for my seats so hurrah for Qantas... Previously as a WP I never to so lucky at all, but when I asked I was usually given an exit row so could not complain. At the end of the day they get me from A to B safely and that is priority 1 for me.
