I have stayed at the New Majesitc, Scarlet and 1929, i would agree the New Majesitc is the pick of the 3 and then Scarlet and 1929 only if you have one of the best rooms or with the private spa.
I do like the little hotels in Singapore for a nice change.

Also i guess one reason i rated them down is the location for me is not as easy to get to where my work, good if your not working int he suburbs though.
So St Regis is old world, i had never looked in side the place but that is completely not what i expected from the outside, it looked really modern and trendy.... then again there is always a couple of bentlys waiting or dropping people off so maybe i should have guessed the clients by the cars.
