If you didn't click to accept the email, then yes.
Call Tiger on their Melbourne number, wait for an operator (this will take quite a while). Advise them the PNR, and that you can't make the flights now that they have changed their times. WAIT for the operator to check what they are allowed to offer you, which will probably be -- a TT credit for future use
- a complete refund
- change to a different date/times without having to pay anything extra.
That is what happened last time I changed a TT booking, due to their schedule change.
